The World Wind Energy Association (WWEA) and New Energy Husum invite all small and medium sized wind stakeholders to participate in the sixth World Summit for Small Wind.
This summit is taking place on March 19th and 20th 2015 in Husum, Germany. The main theme of this year’s summit is ‘small and medium sized wind systems – microgrids and minigrids based on 100% renewable energy’. The summit is aimed at jointly exploring new ways of wind power application and flexible matching means to meet market demand on islands.
The Summit has a high profile programme comprising speakers from Canada, China, Cuba, Denmark, Estonia, Ethiopia, Israel, Italy, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands and the UK. All of them selected by an international committee including members from Australia, China, Cuba, Ethiopia, Germany, Spain and the USA.
